- In accordance with FAR 9.2 and Public Law 98.525 this synopsis constitutes notice that the Air Force has established Qualification Requirements (QRs) for the repair of the following: Flight Control Computer, NSN 6615-01-444-9008, PN 68B870226-1029, applicable T.O.'s 5A7-3-43-3 and 5A7-3-43-4, F15 aircraft. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists.
