- This is a combined synopsis/request for quotations for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format described in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotations, which are being requested and a written request will not be issued. The United States Air Force is requesting quotations for 45 Tactical Display Frameworks (TDF) for 3 RADAR Sectors, each to be placed on every Operator Display Console (ODC) within their respective complex to maintain visibility over the radar air pictures. Each sector has requested all TDFs to be in place prior to the Olympics. To maintain an exact duplicate of the existing TDFs, the Government must purchase exactly what is currently being used at the sectors, no exception. Listed below are the hardware requirements to be purchased and shipped to the three sectors (15 of each item to each sector). - 45 Dell Dimension 8200 Series, Pentium 4 processor at 2.0 GHz; 1 GB PC800 RDRAM; New Dell Enhanced QuietKey Keyboard; 64MB DDR NVIDIA GeForce3 4X AGP Graphics Card with DVI; 40GB Ultra ATA/100 Hard Drive; 3.5 in Floppy Drive; Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional; MS IntelliMouse; 24x/10x/40x CD-RW Drive; Integrated Audio with Soundblaster; Pro/16 Compatibility; 3yr Ltd. Warranty - 3yrs On-Site Service + Lifetime Phone Support. - 45 NEC LCD2010X-BK (Black) 20"1280x1024 - 45 Logitech Trackman Wheel USB - 45 3M Volition 100bfx vf45 Fiber PCI NIC Vol-N100vf The Government reserves the right to award items separately to the bidder with the best value to the Government. The contractor shall furnish all transportation necessary for delivery. The locations for delivery are Rome, NY; Tyndall AFB, FL; and McChord AFB, WA.
