- Description
- The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Podiatry Services under Personal Services on or about March 13, 2002. Podiatry Services are for eligible Native American patients of the Albuquerque Indian Hospital, (AIH) located in Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106 and satellite facilities. Services will be provided to all eligible patients of the Albuquerque Area IHS who are predominantly members of the Isleta, Santa Ana, and Zia Pueblos. Podiatry services are for Direct Patient Care to diabetic patients referred to the podiatry clinics from the Albuquerque Indian Hospital. The requirement are for two (2) half-day clinics per month at AIH, two half-day clinics at Zia one half-day clinic at Santa Ana and one half-day clinic per week at Isleta. Offeror must be licensed in a state of the United States or its territories as a Podiatrist and Board Certified - "American Board of Podiatric Surgery." The contract period shall be for a base year with four (4) one-year options for renewal. Request for solicitation package must be in writing and may be faxed to (505) 248-4641.
