- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award one or more indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for the purchase of Influenza vaccine. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconcilation Act of 1993. Vaccine shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories. U.S. Food and Drug Administration establishment and product licenses are required. RFP issue date on or about 2/14/02. Only written requests for the solicitation (including facsimile requests to 770-488-2670) directly from the requestor will be acceptable. No telephone requests. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
