- ICE STORM DEBRIS REMOVAL: Road Debris removal, 152 miles; Bridge Debris removal, 45 Bridges; Fertilizer, 20 AC; Vegetation, Annual Ryegrass, 20 AC; Vegetation, Guymon Bermudagrass, 20 AC. Performance time is 131 working days. Estimated price range is between $750,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification Code is 562119 (Other Waste Collection $10 million). Bid packets may be obtained by faxing a request to (405)742-1295. No telephone requests will be accepted. Bid packets will also be available at the site showing scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on February 21, 2002, at the NRCS Field Office, Stigler, Oklahoma.
