FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Configuration Control applies. First Article Testing required. Requested delivery is 6 months ARO at a rate of 30/month. Other than full and open competition applies. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The solicitation issue date is anticipated as FEBRUARY 19, 2002.
