- The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire Environmental Remediation Services through the use of an indefinite delivery type contract. Services will be primarily Environmental Remediation but individual task order may contain elements of design and construction services. The anticipated procurement will involve multiple awards. No more than three contractors will be selected for award in accordance with the selection factors detailed in the solicitation. Each contract will contain one base year and four option years. The solicitation document will be available on or about 11 February 2002 by internet only. The internet website homepage address is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are cautioned to follow instructions provided in the solicitation document. In accordance with the provisions of DFAR 252.203-7004, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors and contractors may obtain information regarding registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. The proposed solicitation is restricted to small business firms. The NAICS code is 562910. Size standard is 500 employees.
