Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Litton Integrated Systems Corporation, Northridge, CA 91328-1118 for the acquisition of the following items: WRAs - Common Avionics Multi-Function Display P/N 8931660-0006 qty 2 each, Smart Multi-Function Display P/N 8932200-0007 qty 2 each. SRAs - Display Controller P/N 8934234-0004 P/N qty 2 each, Video Module P/N 8931662-0013 qty 2 each, Power Supply Module P/N 8921150-0017 qty 2 each, Display Controller CCA No. 2 P/N 8934220-0004 qty 2 each, CPU Module P/N 8920315-0015 qty 2 each, Graphics CCA P/N 8934236-0002 qty 2 each, I/O Module P/N 8932210-0002 qty 2 each. Delivery is approximately thirteen (13) months. The proposed acquisition is Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. Litton Integrated Systems holds all technical data rights to the PSE. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
