- The Department of Justice, Antitrust Division intends to issue an award to Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. on a sole-source basis for Summation FTI SIngle Site License, Summation LG Gold 20 Node Site Licencse, Summation FTI 35 Node Network, Summation iBlaze Single and Summation Blaze Platinum Edition. Responses received as a resut of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government*****
