- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease 15,000 rentable sq.ft. of office space and related space within the city limits of Highland Park, Michigan. After a Government site survey, the desired area may be made smaller and the requirements may be changed, depending on the mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Usable office space must be between 11,800 to 13,000 sq. ft. On site parking is required for 52 vehicles, of which 34 must be separately fenced. Existing and build-to-suit buildings that meet Government requirements will be considered. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm, with occupany no later than December, 2002. The space should be fully serviced, including utilities. The General Services Administration does not utilitize tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompmanied by evidence showing authorizaiton to represent the ownership. If you can meet the requirements, please submit identifying information such as address, map location, pictures, elevations, site plan, etc., and proof that the location is within the specified boundaries. Mark your submission as GS-05B-17016 and mail all information by February 28, 2002.
