Description
The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the following items as listed below. This is a small business set aside. The Contracting Officer, Ruth Porter, cannot respond to all telephone and email inquiries. There is no additional information to be faxed out. These items must be sent via the US Mail to the American Embassy, Bangkok, by the award winning vendor. The items include: 40 ea. Tritium Night Sights for Glock 17 semiautomatic pistol, fixed non-adjustable, (Brand name or equal to Glock or Trijicaon). 1 ea. Sight Installation/Adjustment Tool for Glock Semiautomatic Pistols. 3 ea. Gunsmithing Tool Kit (Brand name or equal to Brownells Magna tip 44 bit professional Super-set). 50 ea. Master Gun/Trigger Lock, 5 ea. Hallagan Tool, non-conductive breaching Tool, (Brand name or equal to Blackhawk sparkArrestor Non-Conductive hallagan Tool. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government to the responsible Offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the government's requirements contained here, and is most advantageous to the Government. For those offers meeting all technical specifications and requirements, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor for consideration, but the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Supplies must be sent via the US Mail by the vendor. Include estimated mailing costs and insurance as a separate line item. Offers must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Ruth Porter, via telefax at 202-776-8686. Offers must be received prior to 4:00 PM, EST on 1/31/02. All responsible offers will be considered for award*****
