- Description
- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division in Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price supply contract with York Internation, Incorporated for the furnishing of hardware for a base quantity of up to six (6) 200 Ton Air Conditioning Plants and one (1) 250 Tone Air Conditioning Plants. This procurement will also contain five (5) options for an additional twelve (12) 200 Ton and four (4) 250 Ton Air Conditioning Plants. All options will include the Auxiliary Components and Engineering Services in support of installation of the Air Conditioning Plant, Selected Spare Parts and related Technical Data. Delivery of these items is required for the base year no later than 1 August 2003 and the option quantities within 12 months of exercised of the option. See Numbered Note 22.
