- This notice is provided on a sole source basis, with an intent to award a firm fixed price order with Gen Probe. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, number N00259-02-T-0016, is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Award will be based on price, technical capability and delivery.
