Description

NA PRON: AX2Q0009AX, NSN: 1615-01-275-2165, PN: 406-010-401-111, Quantity 20 each applicable to OH-58 D. F.O. B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a restricted requirement to, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (97499). The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The required delivery when First Article is applicable 10 each 420 Days After Contract Award and 1 0 each month thereafter until complete. First Article Test Report is due 268 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when First Article is not applicable 10 each 280 Days After Contract Award and 10 each month thereafter until complete. When A lternate II clause is recommended: the required delivery is 10 each 350 Days After Contract Award and 10 each month thereafter until complete. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solici tation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirement s in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing t he website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
