- NA DESC: Solicitation Number DAMT01-02-R-0031 Headquarters, Military Traffic Management Command, (MTMC) intends to negotiate a Small Business Set A side contract for non-personal services necessary to evaluate the safety, security, and other standards of service for commercial carriers transporting Department of Defense (DOD) cargo in the continental United States. MTMC expects t o award a firm fixed price contract with a two-year base period and three one-year options beginning approximately 1 April 2002.
