Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for the the project NMFS Renovations, Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse/Post Office, 709 W. 9th Ave, Juneau, AK. The Work of this contract consists of but is not limited to the general construction of interior renovations to the existing National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) offices and expansion into adjacent space. Work includes all indicated mechanical and electrical work. All of the work will be performed under a single lump sum contract. The estimated bid range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
