- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement is USZA95-02-R-0012, and is issued as a Request For Proposal, and is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The due date is January 29, 2002 NLT 12:00Noon est. The Government has a requirement for document digitization as described within the solicitation document which is downloaded at this site. Proposal submission will be accepted only by e-mail to the following address: spowell@tapo.eustis.army.mil. All requirements of the solicitation must be met in order to be considered. All other submissions will be rejected if received. The solicitation document, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (to be completed and submitted with offer); 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; 252.212-7000, Offer Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; and 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
