- 21 Day Availability for USNS JOHN LENTHALL (T-AO 187) starting on/about 06 May 2002. Major Items: 1. J/W Pump Spare Rotator Repair; 2. SSDG Cylinder Head Repairs; 3. Tank Deck Overhead; 4. Annual Fire Fighting; 5. Non-Skid 01 Deck. A responsible offeror shall be considered eligible if the offeror holds a previously executed Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) prior to the award of the contract. Interested parties will be able to download the solicitation from the internet at www.msc.navy.mil. Once in the MSC web page select contract then active request for proposals. Solicitation issued date on/about 16 March 2002.
