- NA NSN:2840-00-980-0301,PN:2-060-390-04, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0197, Quantity:127 each, 4 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Quantity range of 25 to 66 each requirement applicable to the CH-47 Turbine Engine (T-55) F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated in Block 10. The First Article Test (FAT) Report is due 228 days after contract award (DACA) and the production Quantity due 300 days DACA . Required delivery without FAT is 240 days DACA. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submi t an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains technical dat a whose export is restricted by the arms export control act (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the export administration act (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401- 2402) executive order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without pr ior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
