- Description
- The VA Illiana Health Care System (HCS), Danville, IL requires certified technologist services, equipment, and supplies for the provision of polysomnography (sleep) studies at the contractor's facility. The studies will consist of either CPT code 95810, sleep staging with four or more parameters of sleep attended by a technologist; or CPT code 95811, sleep staging with four or more parameters of sleep with initiation of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy or bi-level vent attended by a technologist, as requested by VA primary care and other VA physicians. NAICS 621999 applies. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. Solicitation will be issued on/about 1/25/02 and offers will be due on/about 2/25/02.
