Description

This block is hereby changed to read as follows: The Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, located in Fort Dix, New Jersey, has a requirement for TWO on-site dental hygienist to provide services. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for two one-year option periods for a total of thirty-six months from the date of award. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract reads as follows: 1560 one-hour sessions. Dental hygienist must have graduated from an allied health/technical school (or equivalent) program and must hold a current certification and registration as a dental hygienist. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after January 23, 2002 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available except in extreme circumstances AND only if issuance in this manner is determined to be in the Government's best interest. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, will also be distributed through this acquisition, including solicitation amendments.
