Description: This amendment is issued to revise the evaluation criteria of this announcement. Evaluation Criteria Item No. 6 and 7 shall read: display knowledge and skills with respect to NFPA 101, AIA Guidelines for Hospital and Healthcare, ADA, and state and local codes; (7) An Architectural firm with a minimum in house disciplines to include: Architectural, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Mechanical. The firm and its associates must not be a firm hired by a grantee for the design and construction of a specific project.
