- PR No: ARG01338043520: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Panel, Structural for the E3A aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-043-7460; AEQ = 5 each base year and 12 each for any option years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 190 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. A Boeing "Rights Guard" protected technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. To request a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR Form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data, must be submitted to: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Attn: DSCR-VAB (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5615. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Electronic bulletin board and internet quoting system quotes are not acceptable for this solicitation.
