- Description
- The Government intends to award a SOLE SOURCE Commercial acquisition to Oregon Aero, Inc., 34020 N. Skyway Drive, Scappoose, OR 97056-2516 for Zetaliner, Helmet Liner. Military specifications are not available. Procurement will be made utilizing Oregon Aero's Part Number(s)95122A(s). Quantity to be procured is 11,660 Ea Min/15,160 Ea Max Base Year and 2 Term Option Years for a quantity of 11,660 Ea Min/15,160 Ea. Max. Delivery will be 60 - 210 days after date of award. Number of deliveries: 6. FOB Destination. Destinations are DDSP New Cumberland, PA and DD Tracy, CA. Inspection and Acceptance are at Destination All materials are contractor furnished. Include Note(s) 22 and 26. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home after February 4, 2002. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download.
