- CYLINDER ASSEMBLY, ACTUATING LINEAR, this solicitation is being 'Reopened'to enhance competition in accordance with FAR, part 15. NSN: 3040-01-324-9391, COMMERCIAL INTERTECH CORP. (13829) P/N 377 9121-002, SYSTEMS AND ELECTRONICS INC. (98255) P/N SW25317-1, INSPECTION AT DESTINATION: SUPPLIES AND PACKAGING, ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY 20 EACH, MATERIAL/SUPPLIES WILL BE SHIPPED TO TWO SEPARATE ZONES RESPECTIVELY. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. This solicitation is an RFQ or IFB and will be available on available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 2002 Feb 07 . Specifications, plans or drawing are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
