- Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install two pumps, electrical feeder and appurtenant electrical equipment, three pressure tanks, water conditioner and filter in each of four buildings, PVC pipe and associated earthwork. Work includes associated electrical and plumbing work. The work is located at the Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 60 miles northwest of Maybell, in Moffat County, Colorado. Performance period is 45 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is open to large and small businesses, and the purchase order will be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 234910, Water, Sewer, and Pipeline Construction. The evaluation factors include past performance and price, with past performance being more important than price. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 11, 2002.
