- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0074 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01 and DCN 20011206. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334220 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This requirements is set aside 100% for small business concerns. This requirement is sole source to ETM-ELECTROMATIC INC, NEWARK, CA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a-) (2) (ii) . ETM-ELECTRONICS INC is the OEM and holds proprietary rights to the drawings/specifications. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001- Support on modulators Model #50122, 15252, and 2513 in accordance with Statement of Work which is available at https://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/announce.htm. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination to Crane, IN 47522. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
