Description

Solicitation N00421-02-Q-3110 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is not set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full and open competitive basis to purchase CLIN 0001 Quantity 5 EA P/N 400233-1 Nera World Communicator M4 Inmarsat, CLIN 0002 Quantity 5 ea P/N 400056-7 Telephone, ISDN Control, CLIN 0003 Quantity 5 ea P/N 400233-8 Antenna Cable, 20M under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Award is expected 29 January 2002. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 28 January 2002 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
