- NA This acquisition is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for performance of Fort Riley, Kansas Installation Logistics Support Services. The time frame is for one base year and 6 six-month options. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8744. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561210, Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard for this project is $20.0 million annual receipts. The proposed contract is a 100% small business set-aside. The project consists of providing non-personal services, not limited to furnishing personnel, management and any other items and services not Government furnished to perform the installation logistics support functions. The required work includes, but is not limited to: Direct support an d general support maintenance (ground and aircraft) to include Army oil analysis program and a central vehicle wash facility; storage, warehousing and distribution of general supplies, repair parts, rations, ammunition, petroleum products and individually issued field equipment; transportation fleet management (less maintenance); full food service; transportation management of household goods, personal property and individuals; transportation management of unit movements and installation level supply stock records. For each functional area as applicable, the Contractor will be required to operate Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) as well as non-standard systems and perform activities IAW applicable regulations, manuals, technical documen ts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); orient employees and obtain/maintain all applicable certifications, clearances, and training; submit and implement planning and control documents and procedures to include but not limited to contingency planning , property control, subcontracting, maintenance program, safety and security programs, fire prevention, emergency notification procedures, quality control programs, SOPs, environmental protection, toxic/hazardous material and waste management, recycling, e nergy conservation program, Army Performance Improvement Criteria, data and information requirements; information security and accreditation; provide mobilization support and facilities engineering technical support. A draft solicitation will be issued on or about March 4, 2002. Industry is encouraged to submit questions to improve the understanding of Government requirements and interest of potential offerors no later than March 18, 2002. A final solicitation will be issued on or about April 8, 2002. Th e draft RFP and the final RFP may be downloaded from the Fort Riley Home page at www.riley.army.mil.
