- NSN: 2520006799657, Cushion, Rubber, Sprocket, Made in accordance with Army drawing (19207) and all current related data. The acquisition is unrestricted and is for an Indefinite Quantity Type contract with estimated annual amount of 8800 to be delivered to various zones with the US. Delivery will be phased beginning with 100 days for the first quantity and additional quantities every 30 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of February 4, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 ?Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
