- An additional effort of 12,980 hours of support under contract N00167-95-D-0095, with Martin Marietta Corporation, Ocean, Radar & Sensor Systems, A Lockheed Martin Company (LMC), for the provision of scientific engineering and technical services for the operation and support of the Experiment Control and Measurement System (ECMS); and operations and maintenance of the Intermediate Scale Measurement System (ISMS), located at Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho. The purpose of the support is to operate and maintain systems that evaluate the detectability of a submarine target's active and passive signature.
