- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to procure a Power Measuring System to monitor the forward and reflected power of communications signals at each of 8 antennas. These antennas will be positioned at various locations and require varying lengths of power sensor cable to connect from the base of each antenna to the power monitors that will be located at the Communications Van. Two sensor cables per antenna will mean that Sixteen Power Sensor Cables of various lengths will be required. Each antenna site has been determined and distance measurements have been made to provide cable length requirements. Each antenna site has been assigned a ?hardpoint? number for development purposes. A Specifications Sheet and a diagram describing the Antenna Hard Point Layout for Cable Distribution are available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
