Description

NA NSN:4920-01-115-7001,PN:145E5911-101, Solicitation Number: DAAH23-02-R-0117, Quantity:39 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe F.O.B. origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. The closing date is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated in Block 10.Due to Urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 days period for receipt of proposals; therefore, compa nies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. The First Article Test (FAT) Report is due 198 days after contract award (DACA) and the production Quantity due 263 days DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 210 days DACA. This requirement is 10 0% small business set-aside, but due to this requirement being upgraded to an urgent procurement only two small busniss will be solicited HRK Enterprises, INC.Cage code:1HS77 and Integrating System & Technologies, INC. Cage Code:1NCU3. These firms have bee n appoved for first article report wavier.Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing t he website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the Unit ed States without prior approval of the government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
