- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be written. Purchase Request F73MED13650100 is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20.This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811219; the size standard is $5 million. See the attached Statement of Work and Solicitation. Vendor MUST accept a Government Credit Card for payment.
