Description
Synopsis: Requirement is for a fixed price contract for repair of Interrogator Sets, NSN 5826-01-359-0056LZ, P/N 2041167-3708, Qty 20 Ea for the basic contract period, Delivery of 30 days after receipt of reparable or order, whichever is later and 24 hours for MICAP requirements. Contract will include an option quantity of an additional 1-20 ea to be exercised from time to time during the 12 month period following award of the basic contract. The approximate issue date will be 7 Feb 02 with the approximate response date of 7 Mar 02. Request solicitation from the buyer/pco (Ruby McCarty). SOLE SOURCE to Honeywell, Ft Lauderdale FL (Cage #27914). All potential offerors should contact the buyer/pco identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved throughestablished channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
