- Description
- This is a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is being competed using full and open competition procedures. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, equipment, labor, supervision, and management necessary to furnish Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BCLS & ACLS) ambulance tranportation service to eligible VA beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center (VAMC), West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400. Service shall be provided twenty-four hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, to and from the VAMC, within the state of Florida. Service shall include transportation to points within a three hundred (300) mile radius of the VAMC, West Palm Beach. Period of performance shall be 5/1/02 through 4/30/03 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options. Solicitation shall be available on the Web on or about 2/7/02. Attachments to the solicitation, not available on the Web, must be requested in writing either to the above referenced e-mail address or fax to 561-882-6507. Questions regarding the solicitation shall be in writing also and received no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the solicitation response due date.
