- Description
- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotations in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 15 to provide janitorial services for the VA Carson Valley Outpatient Clinic, 925 Ironwood Drive, Minden NV 89423, a Department of Veterans Affairs facilty within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN21). The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide aseptic custodial services for the interior space at the VA Carson Valley Outpatient Clinic. Contract period is March 1, 2002, or date of award if subsequent thereto, through February 29, 2003, with four one-year renewal options. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The following provisions and clauses apply plus any addenda: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. NAICS Code is 561720. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be available on or about January 18, 2002 at http:/www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS WILL NOT BE FURNISHED. No telephone requests will be accepted. No E-mail requests will be accepted. No web-based offers will be accepted. All amendments will be posted on the web site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for checking the website regularly to obtain amendments.
