- SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to construct a concrete parking lot. Work shall be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Base Mobile, Alabama. The performance period is twenty-one (21) calendar days from award date. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive quoter. The anticipated award date is February 27, 2002. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235710, with a size standard of $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency.
