- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotitate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Unisys Corporation, 8008 Westpark Drive, Mclean, VA 22102 for the renewal of the following software licenses: DATA 1100; ENS PLATFORM; BUILD SBX; DCP200 OPERATING GRP; COBOL ASCII MX; FORTRAN ASCII MX; OSG VA HERITG M51XSE; SMART CONSOLE; DEP HOST22 UPG; C/S FTP APPL; DFP MX; 36TRK DRIVER LO; QLP PCIOS MX; LA MX; TQ SAUTILITIES. Period of performance will be through September 30, 2002. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that this is proprietary software licenses available only from Unisys. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued.
