- Description
- Provide mechanical operation and maintenance services at the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 100 N.E. Monroe St., Peoria, Illinois, the Social Security Administration Building, 2628 Knoxville Ave., Peoria, Illinois. These same services are also to be provided at the Peru Social Security Building, 1530 4th St., Peru, Illinois, approximately 60 miles northeast of Peoria, Illinois. The approximate building sizes for the locations are 117,968 gross SF, 10,450 gross SF , and 7,450 gross SF respectively. These figures are estimates only; potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the sites of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. Work includes but is not limited to maintenance of all existing mechanical equipment and associated components, and structural maintenance and includes miscellaneous repairs. The contract performance period is for five years, with an estimated start date of June 1, 2002. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 235950 with a size standard of $11.5 million. The solicitation will be available o/a February 15, 2002. The solicitation closing date is March 15, 2002 at 4:00 P.M. (CST).
