- Description
- The Air Force Medical Operations Agency (AFMOA) is seeking contractor input into the development of a requirement for the development of a computerized assessment and case management tool for the United States Air Force Alchohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (US ADAPT) Program. The purpose of this tool is to computerize and standardize the intake and clinical assessment that patients complete following a referal to the ADAPT program. This computerized assessment will collect and store demographic and identifying information about the patient, past personal and family history and information about the patient's substance abuse. A case management component will also be required in order to track individuals over time during their treatment and allow for periodic follow-up clinical assessment measures to be delivered via the software application.
