- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure --three (3) Card Processor HDA0160003 102 ENC Electronics from KBA-Giori. This procurement action is for supplies or services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
