- The purpose of this amendment is to delete the statement "Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends negotiate and award a sole source procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.601-(b) and 6.302-1 with Rockwell Automation Drive Systems Business, 1 Allen-Bradley Drive, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 for spares for the prototype OK-520 winch." and insert the following: "Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends negotiate and award a sole source procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of 6.302-1 with Rockwell Automation Drive Systems Business, 1 Allen-Bradley Drive, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 for spares for the prototype OK-520 winch." The time period in which to respond to this synopsis is not extended.
