- This is a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity project for Spill Response at the U. S. Naval Complex, Annapolis, Md. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The project is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The projected Bid Opening Date is 19 November 2001. The solicitation will be available for download via the internet World Wide Web at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil website. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All doucments will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view the PDF files, can be downloaded from the website. The official plan holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. Plan holders list WILL NOT be faxed and will only be available from the website. IT WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR ANY POSTED CHANGES. In accordance with DFAR 252.204-7004 all firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to any award of a contract.
