- NA PRON: AX246000AX, NSN: 4920-01-130-1462, PN: 145G0037-1, Quantity: 21 each, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 21 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA), fir st article test report due 228 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 21 each 240 DACA. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release o f solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restricti ons. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
