- Description
- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to renovation of approximately 800 square feet of existing building 846 and construction of approximately a 2320 square foot addition. The addition includes provision of new standing seam metal roof and brick veneer exterior walls, new interior walls, windows, doors, and interior finishes. Provide all supporting utilities for the project, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection equipment and systems for the facility. This project includes the following optional requirement: 1)All site work to include construction of asphalt parking area with 16 spaces, 5'wide concrete sidewalk, concrete retaining wall, concrete swale, concrete stairs and concrete pad at canopy 2)Landscaping; 3)Construction of porch and canopy; 4)Building signage; 5)Site lighting. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320. The issue date is 16 Jan 02 with a response date of 15 Feb 02. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The performance period is 365 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
