- This announcement constitutes the Pre-solicitation notice only. A written solicitation will be available on this web-site on or about 1 Feb 02. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation which will be on the web site will incorporate General Provisions and clauses in accordance with Nonappropriated Funds regulations. This is a commercial purchase. The contractor shall provide red rock (2000 tons), lanscape rock (30 each), trees and shrubs (225 each) and/or cement (900 yards). FOB: destination Nellis AFB, Nevada. Delivery requirements will be over a two year period starting at the date of award. Oral offers will not be considered. All offers will be submitted in a written form via fax.
