Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of a total of four vehicles to be exported to Guatemala. This procurement is a small business set aside and a solicitation. No additional information will be sent out. Contract the contracting officer, Ruth Porter, at telefax 202-776-8686. The CO cannot answer all email and telephone inquiries. Please make offers on one or both types of vehicles as follows: Brand name or equal to Ford E-150 super duty passenger wagon. 2001 and/or 2002 models. Seating up to 8 passengers with room for an additional seat to be placed in the back. Second vehicle is brand name or equal to Ford F-350, with 5.8L/V8 unleaded gasoline engine, for seating at least 12 passenger. Vinyl covering on the seats and rubber floor coverings. Color preferences will be advised later. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government, to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government. For those offers mmeting all technical specifications listed herein, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor for consideration, but the Government may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror. Total price quoted must be FOB price to Miami, FL.
