- 1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861-5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861-5516, Contract Specialist. 2) The solicitation will be available at the Job Corps Web Site approximately February 1, 2002. No hard-copy solicitations will be available. The solicitation will appear on the internet at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. 3) Proposals are due April 2, 2002. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk-thru are scheduled for Friday, February 8, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, fixed-fee, contract will run from October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2004, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average capacity of the Potomac Job Corps Center is 500 students: 265 residential males and 160 residential females; 35 nonresidential male and 40 nonresidential females. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible, small-business source.
