- Description
- The Department plans to enter into a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin to gain access to the Immigration and Naturalization Service's Alien Status Verification Index (ASVI), The Department and HUD authorized agencies, will order queries from the contractor as needed, to verify the immigration status of applicants for certain types of assisted housing. The anticipated period of performance is 05/01/02 to 04/30/03. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, 6.302-1 and 13.501
